We accept returns only under the following conditions:

If your product is damaged, defective, or not in usable condition upon arrival. - Missing Items in Order:
If items are missing from your order package. - Return can be initiated in 7 days
Important: A video of the unboxing is required as proof to process any return request.

- Attach the unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
- Include your order ID, contact details, and a brief description of the problem.

Refund Policy
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds will be credited within 7 business days after approval.
Note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, incorrect address, or product dislike without valid damage or loss.
